• Our staff is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm EST.
• What are your turn times?
• We will have your loan submitted within 24 hours after receipt of a full docs package and signed disclosures.
• What is required from the Loan Officer?
• The LO will pull credit, select the lender, loan program, rate/pricing, lock rate and structure the loan. We will need a full and complete 1003 and signed disclosures. The LO should collect the initial up front docs for approval, last paystubs, W2s, tax returns, bank statements etc… We will provide a list of anything needed for submission and contact the borrowers to collect.
